1. Website and Brand
pl-aventure.jp is the PL A-VENTURE services website and is principally operated and administered by PL A-VENTURE 株式会社 in Japan. Certain pages, forms, products or services are provided or handled by PL A-VENTURE LIMITED in Hong Kong. “PL A-VENTURE” is a brand and website identifier and does not mean that every transaction is supplied by the same company.

Principal role: equipment rental and gear storage in Japan, and other Japan services identified in a booking confirmation as supplied by this company.

Principal role: bookings and payments for Indoor Lessons at Guangzhou Sunac Snow World and Shenzhen Huafa Snow World, and physical-product transactions through the Shopify store.
4. Service, Contracting and Payment Entity

- Indoor Lessons at Guangzhou Sunac Snow World and Shenzhen Huafa Snow World: PL A-VENTURE LIMITED. We do not currently provide lessons in Japan.
- Physical-product orders through the Shopify store: PL A-VENTURE LIMITED.
- Camps, Events, collaborations and other services: the entity identified on the relevant page, payment document or written confirmation.
The specific terms and written confirmation for a transaction prevail over general website information on the same matter. Submitting an enquiry, form or application does not itself mean that a booking or transaction has been accepted.
5. Payments and Third-party Platforms
Payments, card pre-authorisations or refunds may be processed by Square, banks, card issuers, Shopify or another designated payment provider under its own terms and privacy arrangements. The appearance of a platform name on a payment page does not change the contracting entity for the relevant product or service.
6. Applicable Terms, Law and Consumer Rights
General website use is governed by the Website Terms of Use; personal data and Cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Each product or service is also governed by its specific terms, page, payment document and written confirmation. Governing law and jurisdiction depend on the applicable specific terms and contracting entity.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Chinese and English versions are provided. If they conflict, the English version prevails unless applicable law requires otherwise.
